Masibulele is a Chartered Accountant with extensive financial services and management experience. For over 20 years he has worked with leading financial services organisations including KPMG, Barclays, Standard Bank, Mazwe Financial Services, Africa Rising Capital and Hulisani. Roles that he has held include the following, Non-Executive Director and subsequently CFO at Mazwe Financial Services, Executive Director, CFO and Interim CEO at Hulisani, Non-Executive Director and Board Chairman at Rustmo Solar Farm, Non-Executive Director at GRI Wind Steel and an Alternate Director at Kouga Wind Farm.
Masibulele is passionate about finance and investments and adding value to the companies and entities that he is associated with.
He holds a B.Com(Hons) from the university of Natal and a B.Com(Accounting) from the university of Cape Town.

ZANELE MDLEKEZA
Zanele holds a Bachelor of Science, Computer Science with Mathematics, from the University of Cape Town, an MBA and Masters in Corporate Strategy, both from Gordon Institute of Business Science.
Zanele is passionate about strategy design and execution, with over 15 years in the field. Although she started her career in technology, she later pursued roles in management consulting starting at Accenture and Burlington Strategy Advisors. Her later experience includes various senior and Executive strategy management roles mainly in Financial Services

Zandie Mlambo
Zandie brings extensive consulting and hands on management experience. Her business knowledge spans a period of over ten years in management at
financial services, three years in mining private sector firms and three years operating her own consultancy business, consulting to a wide range of private
and public sector organisations, on corporate social investments, strategic communication, stakeholder engagement including, political risk assessment,
which assists organisation leadership on how to address complex issues affecting their organisations. She has experience in facilitation, consultation
and evaluation. Zandie has over five years being part of executive committees, and more than ten years providing secretariat to boards of trustees of Pension Funds.
Zandie’s has a record of successful planning and implementation achievement within both financial services and mining sector. Her experience in stakeholder engagement and public policy, which includes political risk assessment, policy advocacy and advising company executives allows, her to positively position organisations with broad stakeholder audience

YOLANDE MOKHANTSO
Yolande’s career began at the Congress of South African Trade Unions (Cosatu) in August 1996. With a background in desktop publishing (DTP), her primary responsibility was managing the Federations’ publications, in the main she was responsible for the Federations flagship magazine, The Shopsteward. During her tenure at Cosatu she was elected trustee on the Cosatu provident fund. This role sparked an interest in pensions funds which she believes was the reason she crossed over to asset management.
After ten years at Cosatu she joined Umbono Capital in 2006 as Business Developer responsible for union clients. A year later she joined JM BUSHA Investment Group as Corporate Affairs Manager, a position she held for nine years. Yolande joined Balondolozi in March 2016 as Head of Marketing. She has been a member of the executive team since joining Balondolozi and became a director a year later in 2017. Yolande assumed the role of CEO at Balondolozi at the beginning of 2022.

PEDRO M SAMUEL
Pedro completed his Business Science degree with Honours at the University of Cape Town, majoring in Finance and Economics, in 2000. Upon completing his studies he joined Prescient Investment Management as a trainee portfolio manager in 2001. Pedro was eventually tasked with managing their Index Funds and Dividend Yield Portfolio. In 2004 he joined Metropolitan Asset Managers where he managed and gave structure to their Absolute Return Fund. While at Metropolitan he grew the Absolute Return Fund by winning external mandates and was selected for the top portfolio management award in 2005.
A move to Johannesburg in 2006 saw him join the JM Busha investment group as a portfolio manager and shareholder. In 2008, Prescient Investment Management established a presence in Johannesburg and approached Pedro to head up that office primarily in a sales role, given his portfolio management experience, while he remained a member of their Investment Committee. Given his success at gathering assets he was later appointed Director at Prescient. Pedro set up BalondolozI Investment Services in 2010 and held the position of Managing Director and Portfolio Manager until 2021. His current role is Investment Committee Chairman.

FANNUEL TIGERE
Fannuel holds a Bachelor of Business Science (BBusSci) from the University of Cape Town where he majored in Actuarial Science. He is also a CFA charter holder and holds thirteen exemptions from the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries in the United Kingdom.
Fannuel’s involvement with investments started whilst he was a final year student at the University of Cape Town in 2007. He conducted his honours research, in measuring developed market inflation, in conjunction with Prescient Investment Management. Upon completion of his Bachelor of Business Science degree, he eventually joined Prescient Investment Management as a fixed income analyst.
As an analyst, he regularly provided input to the portfolio construction process through general fixed interest and credit research. Over the three years at Prescient, Fannuel had vast exposure to the process involved in managing bond and cash portfolios. In January 2011, Fannuel joined Balondolozi investments as a Fixed Interest Manager. In 2014 Fannuel assumed the responsibility of leading the investment team as Chief Investment Officer. He is also directly responsible for managing Fixed Interest Funds.

CHRISTOPHER PRATT
Christopher completed his Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) in Investment Management (Cum Laude) from the University of Pretoria (UP) in 2013 as well as a B.Com Hons Investment Management Degree (UP) in 2014 which focussed on Portfolio Management, Asset Valuation, Advanced Corporate Finance together with a Research Report exploring the association between gender and the utilisation of information from the media to make financial/investment decisions for retirement.
In 2015 Christopher joined Balondolozi as a Trainee Portfolio Manager focusing on Fixed Income specialising in bonds research and implementation aspects of the research output and currently co-manages the bond portfolios under supervision of the CIO. While working at Balondolozi Christopher undertook to write all three levels of the CFA Institute examinations passing Level 3 in June 2017.

Nobuhle Mhlanga
Nobuhle holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Pretoria. She subsequently completed a Compliance Management course at the University of Cape Town, in May 2021.
In May 2020, Nobuhle joined Balondolozi Investment Services as a Compliance Intern, where she was responsible for conducting customer due diligence and compiling KYC documents, assisting in the review and updating of policies, arranging staff training as well as monitoring compliance with the regulatory universe and reporting findings. After completing the year long training as an intern, Nobuhle was then appointed as a Compliance Officer on a permanent basis in May 2021.

ZINTLE MJALI
Zintle Mjali completed her under and postgraduate studies at the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University. Zintle spent 2002 at the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University as a junior lecturer.
She completed her articles with Brink Cohen Le Roux Incorporated, a boutique corporate law firm based in Houghton, Johannesburg. She continued with this firm and was admitted as an attorney in 2005.
In 2006, Zintle joined Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr, a large full service corporate and commercial firm, based in Sandton, Johannesburg. Zintle was involved, as a consultant, in the panel discussions on the New Companies Act during the period 2003 ending 2006.
She spent a year (September 2006 to September 2007) as a foreign associate in the mergers and acquisition department of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP (New York office), a leading international law firm, where she was involved in a variety of U.S. based and cross-border transactions representing acquirors, targets and financial advisors.
On her returned, she joined McPherson Kruger Attorneys, a niche commercial practice based in Melrose Arch. She is a founding partner of Fredericks & Mjali Inc.
