Lindokuhle holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Eswatini, complemented by several professional development programmes. Her career commenced in 2018 as an office assistant at Diabetes Eswatini. She then interned at Standard Bank in 2019, where she was in charge of KYC data cleanup. She subsequently moved on to work as an Investment Graduate trainee at the Public Services Pension Fund (PSPF) in 2022.

Before joining Stanlib Eswatini as an intern in the operations and business development department in 2024, she worked as a graduate assistant at SNAT Savings & Credit Cooperative Society. This experience helped her hone her administrative, operational, and analytical skills. In January 2025, Lindokuhle began at BLZI (Balondolozi Eswatini) as a private equity trainee. Investment screening, due diligence, financial modelling, valuations, and investor reporting are among her responsibilities. She has a strong interest in investment management and is dedicated to her ongoing professional growth in financial analysis and private equity.
