Precious holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Limpopo. Precious began working in the administration division of Balondolozi Investment Services in November 2023. In October 2025, she earned a promotion to trainee Investment Analyst in Money Market. Her key responsibilities include monitoring daily cash positions to ensure portfolios maintain adequate liquidity, forecasting cash flows in line with client needs and mandate requirements, and managing short- term funding and maturities.

She also assists in constructing money market portfolios aligned with client risk profiles, duration targets, and liquidity parameters. Additionally, she is responsible for capturing trades accurately, ensuring correct settlement instructions, and conducting performance attribution to identify drivers of yield or underperformance. She ensures all investments comply with regulatory requirements (including Regulation 28 where applicable), internal policies, and client mandates, while promptly flagging and resolving any breaches. She also maintains data accuracy across systems, including instrument setup and data feeds.
