Nobuhle holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Pretoria. She subsequently completed a Compliance Management course (2021) and a Business Risk Management course (2023), both at the University of Cape Town.

In May 2020, Nobuhle joined Balondolozi Investment Services as a Compliance Intern, where she was responsible for conducting customer due diligence and compiling KYC documents, assisting in the review and updating of policies, organizing staff training as well as monitoring compliance with the regulatory universe and reporting findings. After completing the yearlong training as an intern, Nobuhle was then appointed as a Compliance Officer on a permanent basis in May 2021.

Nobuhle is now responsible for monitoring regulatory and mandate compliance, risk management as well as governance. In addition, Nobuhle liaises and works closely with the independent compliance function.
