Papadi holds a BCom in Economics and Econometrics and a BCom Honours in Economics from the University of Johannesburg, as well as a NQF Level 6 Certificate in Financial Markets and Instruments. She is currently enrolled for a master’s in financial engineering at the University of Johannesburg. In May 2024, she joined Balondolozi Investment Services as a Money Market Intern, where she is responsible for cash sweeping, and the buying and selling of money market instruments.

She also assists with economic research, and the interpretation of fundamental and behavioural money market charts to identify emerging trends and potential opportunities in the market. With continuous training from the PM, CIO and her studies, Papadi aims to strengthen her technical capabilities and contribute more meaningfully to her role, particularly in areas requiring quantitative insight and data-driven investment solutions.
