Karabo holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) in Accounting from the University of the Free State, from which she graduated with Distinction.
In March 2021, Karabo joined Balondolozi Investment Services as a Money Market Intern, where she was responsible for conducting economic research, running quantitative models on money market pricing/spreads and interpreting fundamental and behavioral money market charts to identify any trends or opportunities in the market.
She joined the Money Market investment team in December 2021 as a Trainee Money Market Portfolio Manager where she manages three Cash Funds under the supervision of the CIO, runs cash sweeping and transaction (buying and selling) of money market instruments. Karabo is completing her Post Graduate Diploma in General Accounting with the hopes of bridging into the CTA program and qualifying as a chartered accountant.
